Professional service without the long-term lock-in. Most clients use Off Your Plate weekly or every other week because that is where the service creates the most ongoing value. There is no multi-week contract or minimum term — if your needs change, the service can change with them.

Thoughtful family accommodations are part of the plan. Meals can often use the same overall components while keeping sauce on the side, reserving pasta plain, separating toppings or vegetables, or seasoning part of a shared protein more simply for children.

Retained Chef Service

Reserve multiple recurring days each week for more comprehensive household food support — without employing a fully exclusive chef.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Most clients reserve a regular weekly or biweekly service day, which keeps the process predictable and easy. About Dietary Support

Food should fit the way your household actually eats. I can accommodate allergies, ingredient restrictions, high-protein or lower-carb preferences, familiar favorites, and more. This is a culinary service and does not replace medical or dietetic care.
